All of our Bath & Body products are made using only the highest quality ingredients we could find from years of searching. We can not, however guarantee them all to be hypoallergenic, as you will have to do your own testing. If you have an allergy to any known ingredient, we ask that you please not use them. If you are not certain about allergic reactions, please do not use new products until you have tested a small amount on your skin. If there is any question about the ingredients and a possible reaction, consult the label of each item and your physician for answers. Neither MACC or the manufacturer of any product are responsible for adverse reactions that may occur so please use with care to avoid possible occurrences. We want a safe and healthy experience with all of MACC products.

Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and several European countries. We use UPS and Global Priority Mail as our primary carriers and charge exact shipping cost. Any items shipped outside the cont. USA are not the responsibility of Maddison Avenue Candle Company, once they leave the United States. Any complications, fees, etc. associated with customs, shipping, postal service, etc. is the responsibility of the buyer. Please DO NOT place order from outside the USA unless you completely understand and agree to this.

There is a $45 service charge for all returned checks for any reason.

We try to keep our website updated with current availability information however, sometimes an item will be temporarily unavailable and not noted. Your packing slip will note items that may be on backorder or out-of-stock. The items will ship immediately after they are back in stock.
